At Notary Village, we are committed to providing high-quality online notary education. Please read our cancellation and refund policies carefully before purchasing any digital products, live webinars, or self-paced online courses.

1. Digital Products

All digital products, including downloadable resources, e-books, guides, and templates, are non-refundable once they have been downloaded. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that digital downloads cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Live Webinars

All paid live webinars are non-refundable, regardless of whether you attend the session or not. We encourage you to verify your schedule and availability before registering for any live webinars.

Tip: If you cannot attend, check with Notary Village to see if a recorded version of the webinar will be made available.

3. Self-Paced Online Courses

Self-paced online courses are non-refundable once they have been started. Starting a course is defined as logging in to the course content for the first time.

Before beginning a course, please ensure you are ready to complete the training.

4. Cancellations Before Access

If you purchase a self-paced course or digital product but have not yet accessed or downloaded it, you may request a cancellation and full refund by contacting us at:

5. Payment Processing

Payments for all products and services are processed securely. Refunds, when applicable, will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Notary Village reserves the right to update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
